1. Agreement
By using the Shipora website or portal you agree to these terms. If you use Shipora for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
2. The service
Shipora provides order management tools for Shopify stores, including auto-fulfillment, courier booking, shipment tracking, warehouse scanning, inventory and courier payment reconciliation.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for actions taken by your team members in the portal. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
4. Couriers and third parties
Courier bookings are made through your own courier accounts. Delivery, courier charges and COD remittances remain between you and each courier. Shipora is not responsible for courier delays, losses or payment disputes, but helps you track and reconcile them.
5. Fees

6. Acceptable use
Do not use Shipora to ship prohibited goods, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to access other stores' data.
7. Your data
You own your store data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Ending the service
